Facilitator Training

The family constellation VIRTUAL ACADEMY Facilitator Training is an in-depth, two-level program designed to equip students with the knowledge to facilitate Family Constellations using Bert Hellinger’s method.

Level 1: Foundations
This nine-lesson course introduces fundamental principles, including Hellinger’s Orders of Love, Family Systems and their relationship dynamics, ancestral insights, and working with the Morphogenetic Field. Ideal for self-development, it lays the groundwork for becoming a skilled facilitator.
Note: Level 1 has to be taken before proceeding to Level 2 of the Facilitator Training.

Level 2: Advanced Courses
Level 2 includes six specialised courses:

Course 1, Entanglements, conveys in four lessons paramount knowledge about the dynamics in Family Systems that need to be addressed in a Family Constellation to heal intergenerational trauma.

Course 2, The Power of Words, gives the facilitator, in four lessons, the tools to facilitate the soul-healing movement for the client, the representatives, and the participants.

Course 3, Diseases and Illness, is specifically designed to show in one lesson with demonstration video how Family Constellation can help improve physical and mental well-being by revealing the soul-cause of a particular condition.

Course 4: The Art of Helping provides in two lessons the tools for leading the group, the client, and the representatives and conveys Bert Hellingers’ Orders of Helping to ensure that the work as a facilitator professionally helps others.

Course 5: Working One-on-One is a two-lesson course that teaches how to facilitate Family Constellations in a private session using objects as representatives.

Course 6: Systemic Coaching is a three-lesson course where you learn how to help organisations as a systemic coach using Family Constellations and the Orders of Love.

All courses are online, self-paced and can be accessed from anywhere. By completing all seven courses of the Facilitator Training, you will be able to facilitate Family Constellations in the method of Bert Hellinger with confidence, providing that you have put the theoretical knowledge into practice by participating in our Live Events.
